Solution Architect - Applied AI Engineering

As a Customer Technical Architect at DevRev, your role is crucial in partnering with customers to understand their business and domain, designing AI-driven business transformations, and architecting solutions using the AgentOS platform and necessary integrations. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, utilizing your expertise to create scalable, robust, and high-performing AI Agents. Collaboration with various teams is key to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive business success. **Key Responsibilities** - Understand customer domain, business needs, OKRs, and KPIs - Work closely with customers as technical partners to establish trust in DevRev solutions - Bridge between Sales Engineers/Customer Success and Applied AI Engineering - Design detailed AI-driven business transformations and architect necessary solutions - Create solutions aligned with industry best practices, customer needs, and reusable across clients - Maintain Applied AI proposals, estimates, solution designs, and measurement frameworks - Collaborate with applied AI engineering team for solution implementation - Stay updated with emerging business and technology trends to enhance solutions - Assist pre-sales and partner teams in scoping technical requirements for new opportunities - Ensure solutions meet quality standards, security, compliance, and performance requirements **Qualifications** - 8+ years of experience in customer-facing solutioning and architecture - Proficiency in Gen AI, cloud technologies, and integration patterns - Strong business aptitude and Voice of Customer gathering skills - Design-thinking mindset to address business and technical challenges - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in project management and delivering customer-focused solutions - Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-centric environments - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree or certifications in AI and relevant technologies is a plus),
