Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture design of our e-learning platform, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and resilience.
• Apply modern software design patterns (e.g., microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture) to drive maintainability and reusability.
• Champion secure software development practices and ensure compliance with security standards(ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR) across all layers of the platform.
• Design modular, extensible systems with a strong focus on reusability, low coupling, and high cohesion.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities (such as chatbots, recommendation engines, LLMs) to enhance learner engagement and personalization.
• Evaluate and manage the use of multi-cloud environments (AWS & Azure) for performance optimization and service availability.
• Guide engineering teams in code quality, architectural decisions, and scalability considerations.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide mentorship on engineering best practices, cloud-native patterns, and clean code principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-architected technology solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• Having good knowledge in PHP, Angular, Golang, Python.
• Deep experience in cloud architecture using both AWS and Azure, with knowledge of hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud strategies.
• Proven experience implementing modern software design patterns and designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with security best practices such as OWASP top 10, secure API development, and infrastructure security.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
