Job Description

Role Overview: At Accenture, you will be part of the Strategy & Consulting Global Network, specifically the Solution & Innovation Advisory team. As a Solution & Innovation (S&I) Advisory Manager, you will provide high-touch sales support to the Cost Transformation teams. Your role will involve planning and origination, proposals/orals, and content management/continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Support annual planning by outlining sales targets, target clients, and enhancing sales assets. - Conduct ongoing research to identify target companies for the next 6-12 months. - Lead sales/pipeline reviews with leaders. - Prepare and support initial conversations with potential clients. - Define proposal response requirements and the best sales messaging approach. - Bring industry trends benchmarking, competitive insights, and the latest knowledge to each opportunity. - Help shape the overall solution to best fit deal requirements. - Prepare for and support orals with innovative selling techniques to differentiate Accenture. - Develop go-to-market approach/assets and maintain a global repository of sales assets. - Conduct reviews with client teams to improve and harvest deliverables. - Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction, and feedback sessions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. - 7+ to 10 years of functional experience in Cost Transformation with Hi-Tech/Chemicals/Energy clients. - Minimum of 4 years in sales or consulting at a top-tier consulting firm. - Strong knowledge of the Hi-Tech/Chemicals/Energy industry value chain. - Ability to analyze company annual reports and develop data-backed perspectives for Cost Transformation opportunities. - Experience with market research tools to build market and fact-based insights. - Fluency in English (oral and written). - Must support/mirror work hours for the supported region. - Flexible with working hours to meet shifting business needs. - Good internet connectivity and distraction-free work environment at home, following local guidelines. (Note: Bonus points if you have experience in Sales and Business Development),
