As a Solution Advisor at SAP, you will work closely with customers and prospects to identify and address their business challenges, helping them achieve their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As a key member of the sales team, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for providing functional and technical knowledge throughout the sales cycle. Your role will involve participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations, as well as delivering software demonstrations to showcase SAP's unique value proposition. Additionally, you will be involved in marketing events to generate demand, lead Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth at existing accounts. In the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will participate in a global development program designed for early-career talent. Over a 10-month period, you will strengthen the foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP. This program will provide you with experiential learning opportunities, exposure to various business and industry skills, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. Under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor colleague, you will gain real-world experience while working with customers to guide them through their Digital Transformation journey. Throughout the program, you will enhance your knowledge of SAP and gain the necessary skills to serve customers effectively. Upon successful completion of the program, you will lead customer discovery sessions, conduct survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation, and deliver impactful software demonstrations that differentiate SAP from competitors. You will also provide support for demand generation through marketing events and assist in deal execution by responding to requests for proposals. The Solution areas focus on SAP Customer Experience (CX), which includes a suite of solutions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer-facing skills. You should possess technical and business process knowledge, complex problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, along with a resilient mindset and strong business acumen, are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in English is required to engage effectively with SAP's global network.
