Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Solana using Rust & Anchor , and on EVM chains using Solidity Design and build DeFi , NFT , and liquid staking protocols Architect and implement DAO systems , including voting, governance tokens, and treasury control Integrate off-chain data providers like Pyth , Chainlink , and custom oracles Build full-stack dApps using React , Next.js , and Web3 libraries with seamless wallet support (Phantom, MetaMask) Optimize contracts for gas efficiency , on-chain storage , and rent exemption Perform audits, write tests, and ensure smart contract security against common vulnerabilities Deploy and manage dApps and contracts using CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers, product teams, and designers Contribute to architecture, documentation, and developer tooling Stay on top of emerging blockchain tech, including zk-rollups, Layer 2s, and governance trends Required Skills & Experience Core Blockchain Development 2+ years of Rust programming using Anchor and native Solana development Strong proficiency in Solidity for EVM-based chains Deep understanding of: NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155, Metaplex) DeFi protocols , tokenomics, and liquid staking mechanics DAO infrastructure , voting mechanisms, and treasury governance (mandatory) ZK cryptography (zk-SNARKs, Circom, Noir, or related frameworks) (mandatory) Experience with PDAs , CPIs , Solana account models, and fee optimization Knowledge of cross-chain protocols (Wormhole, LayerZero, etc.) Off-chain Integration Integration with oracles like Chainlink and Pyth Handling off-chain state, events, and real-time data feeds Full Stack dApp Integration Frontend frameworks: React , Next.js , Tailwind Web3 integrations using: ethers.js , viem , web3.js Wallet connectivity: Solana Wallet Adapter , MetaMask , WalletConnect Backend: Node.js or Python with REST/GraphQL APIs Indexing: The Graph , Helius , Moralis , or custom listeners Security & Testing Experience writing and running unit/integration tests using Foundry , Hardhat , and Anchor test suites Familiarity with attack vectors: reentrancy , flash loan exploits , oracle manipulation , etc. Best practices in smart contract audits and on-chain observability DevOps & Deployment Smart contract deployment automation with CI/CD pipelines Experience storing metadata on IPFS / Arweave Key management and multisig setups Nice-to-Have Hands-on work with zk-rollups , StarkNet , or zkVMs Contributions to open-source blockchain protocols or GitHub libraries Prior experience in GameFi , DAOs, or social token platforms Hackathon wins or community leadership in Web3 spaces
