Job Role: Senior SolidWorks Designer – Hydraulic Systems

Department: Design & Development
Location: Bawal / Mayapuri
Reporting To: Technical Head / Director

Objective:

To recruit an experienced SolidWorks Designer who can independently handle the design and development of hydraulic presses, cylinders, manifolds, and power packs, ensuring high precision, manufacturability, and quality. This position will strengthen our in-house capability and reduce dependency on outsourced designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks
• Design complete hydraulic assemblies with proper integration of valves, cylinders, and pumps
• Prepare BOMs, fabrication drawings, and manuals
• Coordinate with production and vendors for feasibility
• Apply DFM/DFA, GD&T, and standard practices for manufacturing
• Review and update design revisions based on production feedback

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years experience in machine design (preferably in hydraulic equipment)
• Expert in SolidWorks and basic AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and machine assemblies
• Practical knowledge of fabrication, machining, and welding processes

Salary Proposal:

₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month (CTC) based on experience.
High-skill candidates can be considered for higher packages with approval.
