Soldering Technician

You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Electronics to apply for the position. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician who will also handle the procurement of electronic components for our Embedded Systems projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in PCB soldering (both Surface Mount and Through-Hole techniques) and a sound knowledge of electronic components and their sourcing. Your responsibilities will include precise soldering of components on PCBs, assembling and reworking prototypes based on circuit diagrams, and ensuring high-quality workmanship following IPC standards. You will be required to maintain tools, equipment, and a clean soldering workbench. Collaboration with the embedded team for hardware development and testing will also be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, identifying, sourcing, and procuring necessary electronic components and modules, as well as maintaining inventory levels and communicating with suppliers, will be part of your duties. Requirements for this position include proven experience in PCB soldering and electronic assembly, familiarity with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, and microcontrollers, a basic understanding of electronic circuit diagrams and schematics, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing time.
