Job Description

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Experience: Solar sales experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads through daily outbound calls and follow-ups with potential customers.
  • Explain solar products, pricing, and subsidy/loan options clearly to customers.
  • Conduct site visits (when required) to assess feasibility and gather requirements.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update follow-up actions regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to make daily calls and handle customer queries.
  • Basic knowledge of solar systems and the renewable energy market (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel locally if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
