Solar technician

As a Solar Installer / Solar Technician at our company in Indore, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential and commercial solar panel systems. Your main responsibilities will include: - Installing solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures - Conducting site assessments to ensure proper system design and installation - Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Mounting panels, running wiring, and connecting inverters, batteries, and other system components - Troubleshooting and repairing solar systems as needed - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes - Collaborating with project managers, electricians, and clients on-site - Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition To qualify for this role, you should have: - 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field - Working knowledge of electrical systems and tools - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and safety compliance - Willingness to travel to project sites as required In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, we offer on-the-job training and career growth opportunities.
