The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems (rooftop/off-grid/on-grid). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power plants. Conduct system performance checks and troubleshoot faults. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Coordinate with the project and operations team for smooth execution. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in solar installation or maintenance. ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. Valid Driving License (two/four-wheeler). Good knowledge of solar equipment, wiring, and safety practices. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Salary: As per industry standards (commensurate with experience).
