Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ramnagar for a Solar Sales position. The Solar Sales role involves identifying and contacting potential clients, explaining the benefits and features of our solar panels, and providing customer service to address any inquiries or concerns. The role also includes conducting sales presentations, managing sales accounts, and training new sales team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability and experience in Training new team members
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and convey technical information related to solar panels
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
