Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales Consultant located in Prayagraj. The Solar Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and recommending suitable solar solutions. The day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, preparing sales proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing post-sales support. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the latest solar energy products and industry trends to provide the best service to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and ensure a high-quality experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and think strategically about customer solutions
  • Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends is an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Graduation, diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Bike and laptop mandatory
