Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales Consultant located in Prayagraj. The Solar Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and recommending suitable solar solutions. The day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, preparing sales proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing post-sales support. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the latest solar energy products and industry trends to provide the best service to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and ensure a high-quality experience
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients
Proven ability to meet sales goals and think strategically about customer solutions
Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends is an advantage
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Graduation, diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
