Solar Project Quality

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining quality management systems and ensuring adherence to industry standards within our renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will include leading teams, overseeing high-capacity solar projects, and driving enhancements in quality processes. Your responsibilities will involve developing and executing quality management systems, conducting quality audits, analyses, and management to ensure compliance with ISO standards, establishing and upholding quality control standards and procedures, creating checklists for quality documentation and inspection, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in renewable energy projects, evaluating the effectiveness of existing quality systems, ensuring timely completion of quality-related tasks within budget constraints, providing technical support to address quality-related issues during project execution, supervising and managing high-capacity solar projects as the project head, and efficiently leading teams to accomplish project objectives. To qualify for this role, you are required to have a B Tech / B E degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with 8-14 years of experience. The position is based in Hyderabad at the corporate office. Essential skills for this role include a strong understanding of quality management systems, experience with ISO standards and quality audits, exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Preferred skills include experience in renewable energy projects and familiarity with project management methodologies.
