Job Description: Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for renewable energy Join our team as a Solar Power Plant Installer Supervisor in Jaipur, where you will oversee the installation of solar power plants both locally and at onsite projects outside Jaipur. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those with 0-1 years of experience in the solar energy industry, offering a hands-on opportunity to manage solar power plant installations. As a Solar Power Plant Installer Supervisor, your responsibilities will include supervising the installation of solar power plants at various project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications, coordinating with installation teams for smooth project execution, troubleshooting on-site issues, managing material inventory, and collaborating with engineers and team members to complete projects on time. Additionally, you will need to travel to onsite locations outside Jaipur as required for project execution. To qualify for this role, you should have a BTech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 0-1 years of experience in solar power plant installations (Freshers are welcome). It is essential to own a personal vehicle for commuting to and from project sites, and you must be willing to work on projects outside Jaipur as per requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, eagerness to learn and grow in the solar industry, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
