Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installation Technician based in Pune. The Solar Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of rooftop solar systems across residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include assembling photovoltaic systems, ensuring proper wiring and connections, troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on skills in solar panel installation, electrical wiring, and system assembly
• Basic understanding of photovoltaic systems and troubleshooting processes
• Adherence to safety protocols and experience in interpreting technical drawings
• Ability to work on rooftops and at elevated heights
• Good communication skills and an aptitude for working in team environments
• Certification in solar energy systems or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Diploma or ITI qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant field is preferred
