Ltd.Location: [Delhi NCR] | Type: Full-timeAbout UsBridgeway Power, incorporated in 2022, is a growing Solar EPC & AMC company delivering residential, commercial, industrial, and government solar projects including KUSUM Yojana. We work under both CAPEX & OPEX models, and also provide loan facilities to make solar accessible for customers who may not have upfront capital.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Solar Advisor / Consultant to connect with potential customers, assess their energy needs, and offer customized solar solutions. The role involves customer education, sales, and financial guidance, ensuring clients understand their savings, ROI, and financing options.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with households, MSMEs, and industries for solar projects.Conduct site visits and evaluate solar feasibility (rooftop/ground).Explain different ownership models (CAPEX, OPEX, EMI/loan options) to customers.Guide clients on monthly savings, payback period, and warranties.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Support the sales process from lead generation to project handover.Represent Bridgeway Power at exhibitions, events, and community outreach programs.Who Can ApplyProfessionals with experience in solar/renewable energy sales.Candidates from loan/banking/financial product sales background (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans) who are confident in customer interaction and can explain financing models.Freshers passionate about renewable energy and sales may also apply (training provided).Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.14 years of experience in solar sales, financial services, or loan/banking sales.Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to explain financial benefits and technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site assessments.What We OfferOpportunity to build a career in green energy & clean technology.Training on solar technology, EPC models, and financing solutions.Competitive salary + attractive incentives.Be part of India's sustainable energy mission and help more customers save money while going
