Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Conversational Flows using Genesys Cloud Architect, Amazon Lex, and Google Dialogflow.
Integrate IVAs with backend systems via RESTful APIs to enable dynamic and personalized responses.
Implement Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and speech recognition features to improve BOT accuracy and user experience.
Collaborate with Contact Center Operations to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Monitor and Optimize BOT performance, including latency, error rates, and user satisfaction metrics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all BOT interactions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
