You are hiring a Performance Test Engineer with over 5 years of experience in performance testing to join your team in Trivandrum or Cochin. As a Performance Test Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the responsiveness, stability, scalability, and speed of applications to ensure optimal performance under various conditions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests to assess application performance. You will analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks such as high resource usage, slow response times, and system failures. It will be your duty to provide detailed recommendations for performance improvements and create and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. Additionally, you will track and monitor key performance metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU and memory usage. Collaboration with developers, system admins, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues is essential. Documenting and reporting test results with detailed analysis, highlighting potential risks and optimization strategies will also be part of your role. Working with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and presenting performance trends and improvement suggestions clearly to stakeholders are key tasks. Your required skills for this role include expertise in Performance Testing, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
