Software Testing (Fresher)

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to understand the functionality provided by the Team Lead, write test scenarios and test cases, execute these cases, and conduct Operational qualifications. You may also need to occasionally travel to customer sites. Moreover, you should be ready to offer customer support and training as needed. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the functionality provided by the Team Lead - Write test scenarios and test cases - Execute test cases - Conduct Operational qualifications - Provide customer support and training when necessary - Occasionally travel to customer sites Qualifications Required: - Strong English communication skills - Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel - Experience testing web-based and desktop applications on the dotnet platform - Familiarity with testing in Windows environments and various internet browsers - Good understanding, communication, and explanation skills - Fully equipped setup including a broadband connection and a laptop for remote work Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
