Software Tester

As a Manual Tester / QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and analyzing business and functional requirements to prepare detailed test cases, test data, and test scenarios. - Performing various types of testing such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, UI/UX Testing, and Smoke/Sanity Testing. - Executing test cases accurately and recording results, while identifying, logging, and tracking defects with tools like JIRA. - Collaborating closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues, validate bug fixes, and re-test after code changes. - Participating in sprint reviews and daily stand-ups to ensure QA alignment, while maintaining clear documentation for test cases, results, and reports. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 2-3 years of experience as a Manual Tester / QA Analyst. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). - Experience with test case design techniques, bug tracking tools like JIRA, and testing web and/or mobile applications. - Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries for data validation, as well as basic knowledge of Selenium for automating browser actions. - Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.,
