Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Test Lead located in Mumbai. The Software Test Lead will oversee test management activities, including the creation and execution of test cases and managing the testing process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with software development teams to ensure quality standards, identifying potential issues, and delivering comprehensive test reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Cases and Test Execution 5 to 6 years of experience
• Experience in Test Management and overseeing testing processes
• Knowledge of Software Development and its integration with testing practices
• Strong understanding of Testing methodologies and tools
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role within software testing is a plus
