Role Overview Description SoHo Dragon is seeking a Software Test Analyst with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Cloud DevOps, and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have between 5 to 9 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards before it reaches our users. Responsibilities Test Planning and Strategy Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various components of the software. Employ Agile methodologies to ensure testing aligns with the software development lifecycle. Test Execution and Automation Execute manual and automated testing procedures, ensuring all software meets defined requirements. Leverage Test Automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency. Defect Management Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely corrective action. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide insights on test coverage. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Reporting and Documentation Generate detailed test reports and documentation to provide visibility on testing activities and results. Share insights and findings with stakeholders to assist with decision-making processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Proven expertise in Test Automation frameworks and tools. Experience in Cloud DevOps practices and tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with the payment domain is a plus. Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
