About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Sales Associate to join our global sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with international clients, and driving sales of software solutions and services across US and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to potential clients in US and other international markets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and client support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software or IT services sales (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
• Willing to work in night shift (US timings).
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, or software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
