Software Quality Analyst

You are an experienced Quality Analyst who will be responsible for the following tasks: - Writing detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases. - Testing mobile, web, and native applications across multiple mobile devices. - Performing software testing, smoke testing, and regression testing for mobile and web applications. - Identifying defects, prioritizing and tracking issues, and reporting test results to the development team. - Documenting test results, preparing test reports, and tracking and reporting defects. Desirable Skills: - Expertise in manual and automation testing. - Hands-on experience of minimum 1-2 years in a QA role for mobile and web applications. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Hands-on experience in website testing. - Strong experience in UI testing and responsive testing. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Strong testing aptitude with a clear understanding of testing concepts (testing life cycle, test plan, test strategy, defect life cycle). - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. - Familiarity with common issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Strong background in system and application level testing. - Experience testing client and server applications. - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all project roles across multiple project teams. Good written and oral English communication skills are essential for this role, as the team is globally distributed, and English is the primary language used. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
