Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Lead Engineer to join our team at ALSTOM India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code reviews, and testing reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Strong understanding of database concepts and querying languages such as SQL.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
