Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **technical support and troubleshooting** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside **collaborative and innovative** teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and providing effective support to internal customers. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., developers, testers), proactively monitor and maintain systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.You'll specifically take care of resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems, but also collaborate with stakeholders to shape effective support strategies.We'll look to you for:

• Providing timely and effective technical support to internal customers through the Redmine ticketing system
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of tickets, resolutions, and investigations
• Proactively monitoring and maintaining systems, test benches, and security to detect and prevent potential issues
• Continuously improving support processes and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to assess the impact of product obsolescence and platform roadmaps on support operations

• Hands-on development experience of two or more years on the AGATE (Advanced Generic Alstom Transport Electronics) platform for TCMS, including tools such as Alchemist, Diagnostics Editor, OCoCheTo, and Dataplug Manager
• Experience in developing software using IEC61131-3 or model-based development tools like ControlBuild
• Proficiency with troubleshooting and maintenance tools such as Wireshark, TrainTracer, Putty, and Filezilla
• Familiarity with real-time distributed controllers and networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, SOAP
• Knowledge of real-time network protocols like MVB, CIP, CAN, TRDP, and HPTS
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
