Role Overview: At Iware, you will be part of a team that focuses on innovation and smart business practices to provide cutting-edge technology-driven business solutions. As a Software Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for online and onsite installation, training, and implementation of software products for customers. Your role will involve handling customer queries, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, and maintaining healthy business relations. You must be a good problem solver and have the ability to approach work systematically. Your responsibilities will also include data collection, migration, and verification during implementation, as well as conducting GAP analysis. Exposure to the healthcare industry and standards will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Online / onsite Installation, Training & Implementation of software products - Handling customer queries and clarifying doubts during implementation - Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining healthy business relations - Systematically approaching work and timely escalating unresolved issues to higher authorities - Conducting data collection, migration, and verification during implementation - Performing GAP analysis - Utilizing SQL scripting using MSSQL server/oracle/mysql and proficiency in MS Excel - Being a fast learner and having good communication skills - Having 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in software implementation - Skills in SQL scripting using MSSQL server/oracle/mysql - Proficiency in MS Excel - Ability to handle customers effectively and clarify their queries - Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate unresolved issues - Exposure to the healthcare industry and standards would be an added advantage Please note that this job requires a self-motivated individual with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and analytical abilities.
