Job Description

As an R&D and Innovation Lead (Salesforce COE) at our company, your role will involve focusing on research & development, innovation & assets creation, client engagement & presales support, collaboration with engineering teams, thought leadership, and Center of Excellence (COE). Key Responsibilities: - Research & Development - Build cutting-edge Salesforce multi-cloud solutions using Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Tableau Next. - Develop futuristic demos, POCs, and accelerators ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs. - Innovation & Assets Creation - Ideate and develop industry-specific reusable assets and frameworks for multiple clients. - Stay updated on the Salesforce roadmap to create innovative solutions. - Client Engagement & Presales Support - Collaborate with sales teams to capture client requirements and create compelling demos and POCs. - Conduct engaging demos for clients to showcase the value of Salesforce solutions. - Collaboration with Engineering Teams - Work closely with the engineering team to design and build robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. - Provide guidance and leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Thought Leadership - Act as a Salesforce SME focusing on multi-cloud solutions, Einstein capabilities, and Data Cloud & Agentforce applications. - Represent the organization in Salesforce forums and industry events. - Center of Excellence (COE) - Establish best practices, governance models, and frameworks to drive engineering excellence. - Define and maintain reusable playbooks for solution development and delivery. Qualifications Required: - Data Cloud Consultant Certification - Agentforce Specialist Certification - Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect Certification Join us if you have 7+ years of Salesforce experience and a background in Salesforce COE, Presales, and Engineering Excellence.
