Software Engineering Specialist (Python Developer)

As a software engineer at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, modification, debugging, and maintenance of software systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for and owning specific modules within an application, providing technical support and guidance during solution design, and ensuring code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable. - Presenting demos of software products to partners and internal/external customers, using your technical knowledge to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution. - Investigating issues by reviewing/debugging code, providing fixes, and workarounds, reviewing changes for operability, highlighting risks, and helping mitigate risks from technical aspects. - Bringing continuous improvements/efficiencies to software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions.
