Position Overview

We are seeking a CRM Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Create custom catalog items, forms and associated flows, working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and Product Manager for implementation.
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades, enhancements, new features, etc.
• Create technical documentation on ServiceNow Forms, Workflows, Catalogs, connections to other interfaces etc.
• Experience with developing custom service portals and creating and implementing complex pages, custom widgets, and UI
• Create Dashboards in ServiceNow for reporting and tracking
• Oversee development of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance
• Coordinate vendors for ServiceNow product flaws
• Conduct staff training on new procedures
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor&aposs degree equivalent in Computer Science, equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in development or ServiceNow.
  

Desired Experience:?

• Exposure to Jira and ADO
