Software Engineering Senior Analyst

You will be working as a Software Engineering Senior Analyst at Evernorth, a company dedicated to elevating health for all. Your role will involve supporting the full software lifecycle, from design and development to testing and technical support. You will collaborate with both onsite and offshore team members to define testable scenarios based on requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be hands-on in designing and developing robust solutions while considering scale, security, reliability, and cost - Support product delivery partners in building, testing, and releasing solutions - Work with the latest tools and open-source technologies in a fast-moving team - Utilize Agile methodologies in the development team - Understand the Business and Application Architecture End to End - Craft software solutions using maintainable and modular code to solve problems - Participate in daily team standup meetings, code reviews, and provide impact analysis for new requirements - Communicate technical work in business value terminology and influence team members in following design disciplines and architectural patterns - Foster and improve organizational culture **Qualifications:** **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in C#, SOLID Design Principles/Patterns, OOP, Data Structures, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, ReactJS, xUnit, TDD, Kafka, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Azure (including Terraforms and AKS), Cosmos DB - Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, SonarQube, CheckMarx - Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) - Experience with agile methodology, including SCRUM - Familiarity with modern delivery practices like continuous integration, behavior/test-driven development, and specification by example **Required Experience & Education:** - Software engineer with 3-5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in the key skills mentioned above - Bachelor's degree equivalent in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field of study Join Evernorth, an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate and advance internal practices and external work with diverse client populations.
