Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Develop and maintain scalable Angular components aligned with FICO's centralized design system.
Lead implementation of micro-frontend interfaces and feature pages for FICO Platform using Angular, HTML, CSS, and IRIS components.
Provide technical mentorship, set Angular best practices, and support cross-functional teams through IRIS office hours and documentation.
Build developer tools and explore Backend-for-Frontend patterns using Node.js to improve developer experience and performance.

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver consistent, accessible, and high-performing UI components.
Optimize performance of the IRIS component library through lazy loading, tree shaking, and structured repo management.
Drive technical direction of large frontend codebases, lead code reviews, and contribute to scalable design system strategies.
Stay current with emerging frontend trends and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with accessibility standards and enterprise requirements.
