Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and debugging software components.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under guidance from mentors.
  
• Work on frontend, backend, or full-stack development based on your interest and project needs.
  
• Participate in code reviews, sprint meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality features.
  
• Research new technologies and contribute to prototypes and internal tools.
  
• Support in automation, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Basic understanding of programming concepts ( Python, Java, or Javascript).
  
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JS OR backend frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
  
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems.
  
• Good analytical and communication skills.
  

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, Django, or Flutter.
  
• Understanding of Git/GitHub.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  
• Interest in AI/ML, automation, DevOps, or API development.
