Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Intelex Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative software products. You will work within Agile practices and a DevOps culture to empower customers with industry-leading capabilities and user experiences. By contributing to the next-generation platform using modern patterns like microservices and micro frontends, you will be at the forefront of driving technological advancements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into actionable technical work. - Design and implement new features and solutions to support key customer use cases in existing and new software products. - Participate in agile sprint planning, proactively remove blockers, and deliver on sprint commitments. - Build scalable web applications using technologies such as ReactJS, Webpack, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS. - Apply a "security-first" mindset across development activities and CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Architecture, QA, Product Management, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences. - Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and encourage continuous learning. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development. - Solid understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core and relational database design. - Experience with front-end frameworks like React and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and bundlers. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries. - Experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS, is preferred. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree or relevant certifications considered an asset. - Prior experience in a software product or SaaS organization is preferred. - Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification are required.
