.NET developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Intelex Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering cutting-edge software products that empower our customers with industry-leading capabilities and exceptional user experiences. You will work within Agile practices and a DevOps culture to contribute to building the next-generation platform using modern patterns such as microservices and micro frontends. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into actionable technical work. You will design and implement new features and solutions to support key customer use cases in both existing and new software products. Additionally, you will participate in agile sprint planning, proactively remove blockers, and deliver on sprint commitments. To excel in this role, you should have a "security-first" mindset across development activities and CI/CD pipelines. You will build scalable web applications using technologies like ReactJS, Webpack, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Architecture, QA, Product Management, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Mentoring junior engineers, driving continuous improvement across architecture, processes, DevOps, and hosting strategies, as well as advocating for high-quality, secure, and maintainable code will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful, you should be passionate about understanding and delighting customers, proactive, creative, self-directed, and committed to quality. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with effective communication skills and the ability to balance short- and long-term needs. You should have a solid understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core, relational database design, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns. A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development is required, along with experience in technologies such as React, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS) is preferred, and experience with design systems, microfrontend frameworks, NoSQL databases, data warehousing, visualization tools, and end-to-end testing tools will be beneficial. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, while a Masters Degree or relevant certifications are considered an asset. Prior experience in a software product or SaaS organization is preferred. This role also requires a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification.
