.NET developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Intelex Technologies, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering cutting-edge software products to provide customers with industry-leading capabilities and exceptional user experiences. Working within Agile practices and a DevOps culture, you will contribute to building the next-generation platform using modern patterns like microservices and micro frontends. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into actionable technical work. - Designing and implementing new features and solutions to support key customer use cases in existing and new software products. - Participating in agile sprint planning, proactively removing blockers, and delivering on sprint commitments. To excel in this role, you should have a "security-first" mindset across development activities and CI/CD pipelines. You will build scalable web applications using technologies such as ReactJS, Webpack, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Architecture, QA, Product Management, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Mentoring junior engineers, driving continuous improvement, and advocating for high-quality, secure, and maintainable code are also key responsibilities. To be successful, you should be passionate about understanding and delighting customers, proactive, creative, self-directed, and committed to quality. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with effective communication skills and the ability to balance short- and long-term needs. A solid understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core, relational database design, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns is required. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development. - Experience in technologies like React, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS) is preferred. - Experience with design systems, microfrontend frameworks, NoSQL databases, data warehousing, visualization tools, and end-to-end testing tools will be beneficial. - A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, while a Masters Degree or relevant certifications are considered an asset. - Prior experience in a software product or SaaS organization is preferred. - This role also requires a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification.
