Role & responsibilities

Expert in in Full Stack design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across JPMC
Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolsetMay be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworksSought out as coach for at least one technical skillStrong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, TestDriven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, securityStays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years of Full Stack Developer hands on experience. [Must]
Strong proficiency in Java and experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot.[Must]

Experience in AWS environments and a strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization. [Must]
Good understanding of SQL Server and RDS service, with strong SQL skills. [Must]Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. [Must] A knack for benchmarking and optimization, with familiarity in code versioning tools such as Git. [Must]Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, designers, and platform teams. [Must]AI fundamentals awareness including Machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language processing, data processing, model evaluation & tuning, AI Libraries and tools.[Must]AI tooling like GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Agentic AI. [Must]Understanding of UX principles and ability to create intuitive user interfaces.[Good to have]UI development with proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.jsr. [Good to have]Experience with AG Grid and Webpack Federation for micro-UI architecture. [Good to have]Proficiency in UI state management systems like Redux or pub-sub. [Good to have]
