Arctera keeps the world's IT systems working, ensuring that credit cards can be used at stores, power is routed to homes, and factories produce medications. As part of the team at Arctera, you will be involved in innovating to leverage the latest technologies to protect critical infrastructure and keep data safe. Responsibilities: - Be part of the Customer Focus Team of the Data Compliance Business Unit, working on the SaaS Offering - Arctera Insight Platform. - Handle Customer Issues, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and Engineering Teams to address real-world production issues requiring code or design changes. - Analyze complex problems and propose technical solutions to meet product and service requirements effectively. - Refine, design, and implement software components in alignment with technical specifications. - Tackle sophisticated challenges that demand deep analysis and dynamic problem-solving. - Exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods, tools, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes. - Collaborate and establish relationships with key stakeholders across various technical domains. Minimum Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry experience. - Proficient programming and debugging skills in C++, C#, JavaScript, AngularJS. - Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Graph API is a strong advantage. - Understanding of cloud-based IaaS/PaaS architectures and microservices design is highly desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality product components focusing on implementation. - Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
