Key Responsibilities: - Be part of the Customer Focus Team of the Data Compliance Business Unit, specifically working on the SaaS Offering - Arctera Insight Platform. - Handle Customer Issues by collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other Engineering Teams to address real-world production issues necessitating code or design changes. - Analyze complex problems and propose effective technical solutions in alignment with product and service requirements. - Refine, design, and implement software components as per technical specifications. - Address sophisticated challenges requiring in-depth analysis and dynamic problem-solving skills. - Exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods, tools, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes. - Collaborate and establish relationships with key stakeholders across various technical domains. Minimum Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry experience. - Proficiency in programming and debugging with C++, C#, JavaScript, and AngularJS. - Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Graph API is advantageous. - Knowledge of cloud-based IaaS/PaaS architectures and microservices design is highly desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality product components with a focus on implementation. - Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.,
