Software Engineer Trainee

Job Description

Product Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software or hardware products. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for new and existing products. Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment. Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify and resolve performance and functionality issues. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to meet project goals. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Actively participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance skills. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for the developed features and modules. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: ReactJs and Angular. Strong knowledge of back-end technologies: Java and Python. Strong knowledge of JavaScript; familiarity with TypeScript and Velocity scripting is a plus. Familiarity with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Experience with version control systems like Git. Exposure to AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, Data Mining, and Data Analysis is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
