Role Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. Collaborate with senior developers to create efficient code and adopt best practices. Participate in coding reviews to ensure quality standards are met. Debug and troubleshoot existing applications to enhance performance. Document software specifications for future reference and updates. Perform unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing. Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve issues. Learn and apply agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and roadblocks. Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements for applications. Support the deployment of applications into production environments. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving. Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve our software development process. Assist in creating technical documentation and user manuals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong understanding of programming languages like Java or Python. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, MySQL, etc.). Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus. Strong commitment to quality and a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Internship or project experience is desirable but not mandatory. Interest in software testing and quality assurance processes.
