Role Responsibilities Participate in software development projects under the guidance of senior engineers. Assist in the design and development of applications aligned with client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. Implement new features and functionalities for existing software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in line with industry standards. Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software defects. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Perform testing and quality assurance on new and existing software products. Document development processes, coding, and testing procedures. Engage in team meetings to discuss project progress and share updates. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Contribute to agile sprints and collaborate on project deliverables. Assist in the maintenance and support of software applications. Learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages. Support the development of technical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Exposure to Agile development methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is an advantage. Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes. Open-mindedness to feedback and continuous improvement. Internship or project experience in software development is a plus.
