Software Engineer Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Drive the appropriate use and implementation of technology to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations. - Develop maintainable and scalable SaaS applications using technologies such as C++, C#, Java, SQL Server, and Oracle. - Write design documents and contribute to architecture design. - Automate unit tests and maintain code coverage as per organizational guidelines. - Guide and mentor team developers and QA in their career development. - Lead code and design reviews and provide guidance on technical standards within the team. - Conduct technical research to improve development practices and environments. - Work with the team to provide estimates for future initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in software development or equivalent work experience. - 10-15 years of programming experience with C++ and SQL Server/Oracle. - 3+ years of experience with .NET framework, C#, and Java. - Proficient in code versioning tools like Git and SVN. - Experience in developing and delivering multi-tier SaaS products with responsive design. - Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns. - Deep technical knowledge in Continuous Integration and Delivery. - Familiarity with Microsoft SQL database design, T-SQL, and stored procedures. - Knowledge of Azure services such as Service Fabric, Containers, VSTS, Application Insights, Azure AD, Service Bus, and API Management. - Track record of delivering high-quality products in Agile teams. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
