Job Title: Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer - React Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years Location: India, Mumbai, Andheri, Saki Naka (Hybrid) Company URL: https://www.enablistar.com Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with at least 3 years of experience in front-end development and a strong proficiency in React.js. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React concepts and workflows. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the principles of React and its core mechanisms, as well as experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js), and familiarity with RESTful APIs. Key Responsibilities: Developing New User-facing Features: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use using React.js. Optimizing Components: Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Translating Designs and Wireframes: Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. State Management: Implement state management using tools like Redux or Context API to manage the applications state in a predictable way. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, including back-end developers and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless implementation of web applications. Testing: Develop and implement front-end testing protocols to ensure code quality, including unit and integration tests. Code Maintenance: Update and maintain existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience, as well as to accommodate scalability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in front-end development, with a significant portion dedicated to working with React.js. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge and experience of using React-formik or React-hook-forms Experience of using TypeScript Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including React hooks. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript, RESTful APIs, and modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Token). Tools and Libraries: Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills necessary to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively. Preferred Experience: Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) is preferred. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
