Software Engineer Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Junior Developer to join our GBPO Digital Transformation team at FIS. As a Junior Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions using RPA frameworks like Power Automate and UiPath. The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks in order to achieve exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, collaborating with team members to understand project requirements, maintaining and enhancing existing automation solutions, continuously learning and adapting to new technologies, participating in code reviews, and documenting development processes and project progress. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of programming experience. Exposure to Python programming is a must, and familiarity with RPA frameworks such as Power Automate and UiPath is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, a high level of curiosity, and a passion for learning new technologies are also required. You should be able to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines and be willing to stretch yourself to achieve exceptional outcomes.
