Are you passionate about asset inventory management Do you want to contribute to the development and evolution of the strategic Application Portfolio Management space Are you motivated to work in a complex, global environment where ideas are valued, and effort is appreciated We are looking for an Analyst/Developer to join our team and help us with the following responsibilities: - Technically analyze requirements to help define technical specifications and solutions. - Configure, develop, maintain, and support the Application Portfolio Management area. - Work effectively within a scrum team and focus on the delivery of sprint goals. - Develop using best practices and standards; write code with performance in mind and drive automation wherever possible. - Propose alternative solutions to a problem while working collaboratively with other team members. - Design and develop solutions with self-service in mind. You will join the Application Portfolio Management team, within the Technology Inventories crew - a part of the wider Technology Inventories Data & Reporting Services steam. You'll work alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class and cost-effective Service Management Technology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for the global bank. The APM pod is responsible for the ongoing support and roadmap delivery for the strategic application inventory and is a significant component in the Bank's ServiceNow journey. Your expertise should include hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience, with a proven track record of implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, experience in one or more scripting languages, working knowledge of GitLab, and good technical writing and documentation skills. In particular, you should be a solid communicator, committed and visionary team player with an analytical and logical mindset, curious, collaborative, and constantly interested in learning new things, and fluent in written and spoken English and able to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
