Software Engineer (SDET)

Job Description

Location: Pune Mode of Work: Full-time, On-site Experience required: 3+ years Who You Are: Highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a passion for building robust, scalable, and efficient test automation solutions. Your Role: Responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive automation test strategies for microservices-based applications. You will play a critical role in maintaining our code quality and system reliability in CI/CD pipelines by owning both manual and automated quality assurance processes. Desired Technical Competencies & Skills: Develop robust automation frameworks using Java and Python to test APIs and web services. Design test plans and write test cases for microservices using tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Tester man/Karate. Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Perform API testing (manual and automated) for RESTful services. Conduct performance testing using Apache JMeter. Collaborate closely with DevOps to validate applications in Dockerized and Kubernetes environments.
