Software Engineer - Python

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and work on training data models, performing analysis, and generating predictions . The ideal candidate will have experience with data science workflows and be comfortable using modern data tools and frameworks. Role & responsibilities Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare data from diverse sources (websites, APIs, AI prompts, etc.). Develop and train machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, and clustering. Apply Python libraries to perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable predictions. Communicate findings and model insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and refine models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Here are some specific examples of tasks that this role might perform: Collect and preprocess large datasets, including handling missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies. Select suitable algorithms based on the problem context and train models using structured and unstructured data. Validate model performance using best practices (e.g., train/test splits, cross-validation) and fine-tune hyperparameters. Use trained models to infer predictions on real-time or batch data. Create clear visualizations and reports to present analysis and model results. Here are some of the related tools, which knowledge is desired for this role : Python : Strong programming skills and experience in data-centric development. NumPy & Pandas : For efficient data manipulation and preprocessing. Scikit-learn : For implementing and tuning machine learning models. Matplotlib & Seaborn : For creating insightful visualizations. Jupyter Notebooks : For interactive experimentation and documentation. Docker & Kubernetes (preferred): For containerizing and deploying machine learning models in production environments. Preferred candidate profile Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
