Role Overview: Pivotrics is seeking a talented individual to join a specialized high-performance product engineering team for a Global Fintech major in Bangalore. As part of this team, you will be responsible for building an enterprise-grade high-throughput transaction processing platform for an industry-leading Fintech product generating over USD 150 million in revenue. Your primary location will be Electronic City, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and understand needs from multiple perspectives to design and develop high-quality code that delivers tangible benefits to users. - Iterate in sprints to continuously improve and deliver product features, taking ownership of code and product components. - Analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis, and ensure the delivery of a functionally complete product. - Design and implement solutions with a focus on usability, performance, and operational excellence. - Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk management activities. - Implement development processes with a mindset of continuous improvement and ideate on product and process enhancements. - Deepen technical and domain knowledge to contribute to the development of intellectual property for the product.
