Job Summary: As a PDE I Full Stack Engineer at Phenom People, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the web based application and infrastructure of our talent experience management platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a significant impact in the HR tech industry. What youve to do: Design, develop, and test scalable product enhancements for our talent experience management platform using technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and databases (SQL and NoSQL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively. Partner with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases through both automated and manual testing processes. Configure and customize the software product to align with specific client requirements and business needs. Lead integration efforts with client systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party tools, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous platform improvement and innovation. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards during all phases of software development and implementation. Work Experience What youve done Over 2 years of experience in web-based application development, with a strong proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Extensive experience with microservices, databases, and distributed systems. - Familiarity with cloud deployments, specifically in AWS and Azure. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
